BEIJING, China, December 20, 2010 Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Xinyuan or the Company) (NYSE: XIN), a residential real estate developer with a focus on high growth, strategic Tier II cities in China, today reported the results of its 2010 Annual General Meeting held on December 17, 2010 in Beijing, China.
At the meeting, the Companys shareholders ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young Hua Ming as the independent registered public accounting firm for Xinyuan Real Estate for the year ending December 31, 2010.
