Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. Announces Second Quarterly Dividend for 2013
BEIJING, Aug. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. ("Xinyuan" or "the Company") (NYSE: XIN), a residential real estate developer with primary focus on high growth cities in China, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the second quarter of 2013 of US$0.025 per common share, or US$0.05 per American Depositary Share (ADS), which will be payable on August 30, 2013 to shareholders of record as of August 16, 2013.
